Who can make a reservation?
Anyone with an approved account can make a reservation. Please create an account to make requests and manage your reservations.
IHRI-certified professionals get exclusive discounts through the IHRI Privilege Program. Please contact Member Services for further details.
IMPORTANT: All reservations are by appointment only. Requests should be made by logging in. All programs are subject to approval.
What is the facility’s location and business hours?
We are located at the West Tower of the Philippine Stock Exchange Center (Tektite Towers) in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What if we have a bigger number of people than the room capacity?
Please create an account and reach out to us through the dedicated online support channels so we can recommed solutions.
Can we borrow technical and/or meeting equipment?
Most of our facilities already have screens/projectors, microphones, etc. and are ready to host your professional meeting. In case other equipment is needed, kindly indicate it upon reservation or approach any of our staff to borrow or rent. Cables or adaptors such as HDMI, VGA, DVI, etc. may be borrowed, subject to availability.
Is food allowed in the facility?
Only light snacks and drinks in spill-proof containers are allowed. Heavy snacks, meals, or food with a foul odor may not be accommodated. There is a cafeteria-dedicated floor in the building where meals and lunch may be eaten. There are no additional fees for bringing in outside food or drinks.
A coffee station is available for complimentary free-flowing coffee as well as a dispenser for purified hot and cold water.
Can we bring tarps, banners, or other large materials?
A comprehensive guide is available for clients on the limitations of tarps, banners, or other large materials consistent with the requirements of the building.
